Smoke filled skies turned the day into night -- a once-in-a-lifetime scenario in the San Francisco Bay Area. The smoke absorbed most of the visible light spectrum, leaving only reds and oranges - incredibly surreal. These images were taken near SFO at 2 in the afternoon!
