Ahh, Bay to Breakers - the craziest, wackiest, and largest footrace in the world!  Back at the time of these images, I managed to win the highly-touted costume contest three times - once as a full-sized T-Rex, once as a trio of Couch Potatoes, and once as "Jabba's Hutt Tub Party" - a lot of fun!  I also managed to crawl across the city in an alligator costume - now THAT was hard! Phew...
